  • “I wanted to say thank you for what you’ve done for me in these sessions. You’ve helped me more than you can know, and to have a therapist who not only listened but also was able to joke with me, too, was amazing! You’re a wonderful woman, Seetal, so thank you very much. I couldn’t have asked for someone better.”

    What People Say

  • “I came to therapy having seen other therapists before, but hadn’t quite expected to feel as heard as I have done with Seetal. She is warm, considerate and able to laugh with me, and when things were crap, sit with the pain and the silence. Using the art materials was helpful as it inspired me to leave sessions wanting to spend more time processing the sessions.”

    What People Say

  • “Thank you so much for all your help. I needed that time once a week with you to talk and get creative and see things differently as an adult that I didn’t quite understand when I was at school, so thanks, Seetal. I was grateful that you never judged me when I was telling you about some of those dark times. You always looked like you understood me. It means more than you probably know.”

    What People Say

  • “I wanted you to be the first person I told my good news. Despite my residency not being finalised, I secured a place for studying a City & Guilds at [name of institution]. I wanted to thank you for your support throughout, and thanks for letting me cry and use all of those tissues. Although right now I’m crying happy tears!”

    What People Say

  • “I’m not good with words, Seetal, but I wanted to email you after our last session to say thank you. I’m starting to wonder how I’ll use Tuesdays without seeing you smile at me when I walk through the door or hear your voice on the phone or calm me when I’m struggling to get on Zoom.”

    What People Say

  • “I have really enjoyed our sessions. It has been great having a space where I can be myself, and it has been comforting to know I can talk through what is on my mind, as well as being able to learn more about myself. Thank you for making an environment where that is possible.”

    What People Say

  • “The sessions we had in nature really helped with managing the anxiety that I felt for a long time. You didn’t rush me, but you always seemed to know when I was able to take on a new challenge. I never thought I’d get to the stage where I could apply for a job, let alone uni. You have been my cheerleader, believing in me when I had lost hope of believing in myself.”

    What People Say

  • “Seetal was always kind and encouraging. When I was stuck, she would listen, even if I didn’t understand. She always made me feel seen. She supported me when I was still trying to make sense of my new life as a diabetic. It helped me open up to my friends and talk more about it to my family. I never had to be brave in front of her.”

My Background
& Approach

Rooted in education and guided by empathy, my work as a therapist has grown from decades of listening, teaching, and walking alongside others. My journey from classrooms to therapy rooms has deepened my belief that healing begins in safe, open conversations where understanding, creativity, and compassion help people reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.
